COMMERCIAL AND RETURN OF GOODS POLICY
as from January 1st 2010

1) Pricing policy:

Euro-Excellence always endeavoured to propose to its customers a good quality/price ratio for the whole of its products. Unfortunately, geopolitical instability, the price of the cocoa, the disparity of the currencies does not enable us any more to guarantee long-term prices. If these unfavourable criteria persist, we will be obliged to re-examine our prices without notice.

2) Flexibility of order taking:

Euro-Excellence maintains its policy of sale by individual product; no customer is subjected to buy a complete case of products, (except display units, mini articles and bulk). This measurement avoids the surpluses of inventories to our customers, makes it possible to control the expiry dates and to have a good presentation in store with some matched articles.

3) Minimum of order:

Euro-Excellence maintains the minimum of order to $ 300.00 (three hundred) dollars, net of tax, without forwarding costs (relates only to the provinces of Quebec and Ontario). If the customer wishes to order less than $ 300.00 dollars, it will have to accept $ 10.00 of delivery expenses and to sign it on the purchase order. All the orders of less than $ 300.00 dollars without acceptance of the additional transport charges (by the signature) will not be dispatched any more.

4) Seasonal Products:

Euro-Excellence offers you the advisability to buy the seasonal products like the other products, without overstock. The seasonal products are ordered individually for each customer, unsold goods cannot be returned. For Christmas, we guarantee the totality of the delivery for orders passed before September 1st (except deficiency of the suppliers, transport), within the limit of stocks available and under typographical reserves of errors. 5) Promotions:

Promotions are limited for one given period. After the expiry of the period, if those are not renewed, they will not be applicable any more the rest of the year.

6) Expiry dates

Euro-Excellence will deliver its products with a 3 months guarantee (three) before the expiry date, except one month only for fresh pastry. Orders with reduced quantities, the close visits of our salesmanÍs and our fast delivery delay make it possible to our customers to easily manage the expiry dates.

7) Claims:

The customers have 48 hours or 2 (two) working days after delivery of the goods to check their orders and to report any complain. If the expiry dates or the goods are not appropriate, if damage is noted during transport, Euro-excellence will replace or credit the goods.

8) Out-of-stock conditions:

The constraints of the importation of European suppliers, the bad weather concerning the maritime transport, do not enable us to avoid the out-of-stock conditions. After the agreement of the customers, Euro-excellence will dispatch the back orders without transport fees.

9) Policy of return and credit of goods:

Euro-Excellence does not accept any return on seasonal products. All claims might be made within 48 hours after reception on of the order.

10) Terms of payment:

  • Being given the perishable nature of our products, the invoices must be paid 30 days after the delivery.
  • In the event of cash on delivery (C.O.D), our customer service will have the courtesy to communicate you the amount of the invoice in advance. In case your payment is not ready and the order has to be returned to us, additional transport fees of $14 (fourteen) dollars will charged on the second delivery.
  • Interest of 2% per month (26.82% the year) are applied on unpaid invoices.
